Take home and settle provides immediate support to vulnerable older people upon discharge from hospital or attendance to A&E or the medical assessments unit.

Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) – 01903 851558 

RVS’ Community Transport service helps people that are unable to drive or use public transport, due to limited mobility or health conditions, to get out and about.

Worthing Community Transport – (CT Sussex) – 01903 530053

Community Transport can help with trips to theatre matinees, clubs, bingo, getting you to appointments at the GP, dentist, health centre or hospital, and health centres, or shop mobility, shopping, visiting friends and relatives, library visits and airport journeys to Gatwick and Heathrow.

Employment Support

Workability

Workability helps people with disabilities who live in Brighton and Hove and West Sussex (and carers in West Sussex only), to find the right employment for them. They work with individuals to identify their skills and match these to employment they are interested in. They then provide support through the application, interview and induction process.
