We’ve been fortunate to provide services from the donations and legacies of many visually impaired members over the years, but we need to fundraise to continue those services for many more years to come.
There are many ways to support and get involved with our work!
Come to our public events
By booking tickets to our public events, or dropping in at our free events, you’ll not only get to enjoy the event, but you’ll be contributing to a charity that you or a loved one may benefit from in the future. We also attend local events like Broadwater Carnival and Durrington Festival, so do keep an eye out for us and our SSW gazebo! Click here for our upcoming public events:
Fundraise for us
Put the fun into fundraising and have a cake sale, do a sponsored sport, or sell some handmade cards. Aside from the fantastic money raised, we really appreciate people telling others about us!
Volunteer
Volunteering can be a way of giving back, but it’s also a way of meeting new people or gaining skills for your CV. Do you have some skills you’d like to offer? Our Volunteer Coordinator James would love to hear from you.
Donate
We appreciate charities are always asking for money, and not everyone has a huge amount to give. We only ask if you’d be willing to give up one or two coffees a month and ‘pay it forward’ to us as a one off or regular donation.
