Worthing 10K 2026

Join us for the Worthing 10K along the beautiful Worthing seafront, taking place on Sunday, 7th June 2026.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a first-time Worthing 10K participant, or running for fun, this event is a fantastic way to challenge yourself while helping to support the vital work of Sight Support Worthing.

All participants will receive a free Sight Support Worthing T-shirt and goody bag as part of their entry. You’ll also have access on the day to our event massage therapist, Ingrid. Find out more about Ingrid here.
The Worthing 10K is proud to be an inclusive event. Complimentary places are available for guide runners, ensuring visually impaired runners can take part with confidence and support.
We ask runners to aim to raise at least £50 in sponsorship, which will help us continue supporting people affected by sight loss in our local community.
