Starting on Tuesday 9th of June, we will have a 6 week long Tai Chi course run by Jan. This is a Tai Chi Qigong class aimed at anyone interested in the health and relaxation side of the art.
The course will work on various systems of Qigong that are adapted for sitting in a chair as well as standing exercises.
Come and experience the wonders of this ancient Chinese art, in a relaxed and friendly environment.
