Sight Support Worthing invites you to join us on Tuesday 2nd March 2027, 2pm–5pm at the beautiful Charmandean Centre, Worthing, for our most exciting Cream Tea & Crime event yet featuring not one but two extraordinary guests, a sparkling afternoon tea, a live art forgery demonstration and a book signing.
Your guests

Graham Bartlett is a former Chief Superintendent of Brighton and Hove Police, Sunday Times bestselling crime author and police procedure advisor to over 200 authors and TV writers, including Peter James, Anthony Horowitz, Elly Griffiths and the BBC. His debut non-fiction Death Comes Knocking, co-written with Peter James, was a Sunday Times Top Ten bestseller, and his solo crime novels include Bad for Good, Force of Hate and City on Fire. Graham will be sharing fascinating real-life tales from his remarkable career before signing copies of his books at the end of the afternoon.

David Henty’s story begins, appropriately enough, with a short stint in HM Prison for forgery in the mid-1990s. Now acclaimed as “the brushstroke alchemist,” David is renowned for the extraordinary accuracy and authenticity with which he recreates works by the great masters. He will be speaking about his remarkable journey and – in a highlight of the afternoon – giving a live art forgery demonstration for guests to enjoy.
