Our Impact
Our 2023 Impact Report
Through our work we aim to deliver services which support and enhance the independence and wellbeing of people with visual impairments. In order to help tell the world what we do and how we are achieving our aims, we have produced an Impact Report with the help of funding by the National Lottery Community Fund.
To put together this 2023 impact report we developed our Theory of Change which sets out our activities and outcomes. We also used a combination of recorded data from our system, responses from a member survey and case studies from our service users. We are also working to collect ongoing and regular feedback gained from people who access our services.
The report highlights our key facts and figures and our commitment to continuous improvement by measuring our work and using that insight to adapt to the needs and interests of our service users.
