DESCRIPTION:Starting on Tuesday 5th of May\, we will have a 6 week long Tai Chi course run by Jan. This is a Tai Chi Qigong class aimed at anyone interested in the health and relaxation side of the art.The course will work on various systems of Qigong that are adapted for sitting in a chair as well as standing exercises. \n\n\n\nSessions cost £7 each or £30 for all six. \n\n\n\nCome and experience the wonders of this ancient Chinese art\, in a relaxed and friendly environment. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPlease let us know if you would like to join this class
